For a major technology firm which provides graphics and augmented reality products, Sequenza provided technical resources, programming expertise and project management for a major migration and re-hosting of an application platform that was one of the company’s strategic product offerings. Sequenza assisted the client in requirements definition and developed a comprehensive plan to redevelop the product, including the migration from Windows to a Unix platform. The system was recoded and migrated for less than the approved project budget, enabling the client to offer the product at highly advantageous market pricing.
Sequenza provides network assessment and infrastructure management for a large national retail bank. We developed and executed a national initiative to upgrade networking infrastructure in all of the institution’s branches. In so doing, we coordinated efficiently with the institution’s hardware vendors to assure that purchases of needed equipment occurred in accordance with the project schedule for each site’s infrastructure upgrade, and Sequenza accomplished the installation and configuration of all networking components.
We also accomplished network upgrades for a southern US retail bank with over 200 branches across several states. Responding to the client’s internal user demands for phone and networking improvements, Sequenza came alongside the internal IT team to develop and execute on all phases of the design, testing, rollout and support of the voice and data networks for all of the institution’s branches.
